知识管理评估方法综述

－>选择评估体系－>确定评估方法－>实施评估－>编写评估报告。如同知识管理实践本身有一个发展和完善的过程一样，对知识管理评估也应随着知识管理实践本身进行相应调整，最终能够使知识管理在组织中实现可持续发展。进行知识管理的评估，要遵从整体完备性、科学合理性和简易可行性原则，从人、流程、技术、效用性和发展性等角度建构知识管理评估指标体系，并需要通过不断的论证与改进，发挥它对组织决策者以及其他使用者的鉴定作用、诊断作用、导向作用与决策作用。
